Derse has profit sharing into our Retirement! An awesome perk that makes the personal contributions less of a burden.

We're a TEAM. Collaboration and excitement is real. When one succeeds, we all celebrate the win & acknowledge the hard work. When something doesn't go as planned, we are all there to chip in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
9/10 people are genuinely happy to be at work and contribute to the success and award winning products here. Passion and knowledge flows from tenured employee's into us newer members.
