They are open to any comments and ideas, negative, positive or simply crazy, as long as you explain your thought process and how it might make a difference.

company options, a large package at very low value for a long period

Creativity when we are together. As individuals, we may not be the best, but the current team, when together, is amazing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Emphasis on the team, and not the individual, and not being picky about who gave a good idea, a janitor or a CEO, as long as the idea is good.
