Mr. David G. Harris serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development of Devon Energy Corporation and served as its Treasurer and Vice President of Corporate Finance since January 2012. Mr. Harris is responsible for all corporate finance, capital markets, debt and cash management, acquisitions and divestitures and insurance activities. He was a Partner at Thompson & Knight LLP since April 2005. He joined Devon in 2007 and served as its Associate General Counsel. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Tulsa and a law degree from the University of Oklahoma.
