Salary hike and incentive amount should be more what we are getting now. as per market standard and as per we are offering to new candidates.

I feel undervalued because I travel 15km one side from my place so more over my half amount gets exhausted in the travelling expenses, every thing is expensive at the present so to be paid better enough as per the skills ,experience and hardworking. Increase wages, better benifits, and more stock.
