That’s the only bad thing about my job as an entry level employee paid hourly you get no benefits beside a 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of employment.

More pay and less hours

Being paid a fair wage for my experience and long evity towards what my occupation is

Because I moved to Arizona, to take care of my Aunt, and realized the work I been doing for 25 years, making 35.00$ hr. Getting 13.00hr. I put pride in my work. And told by people how much they appreciate what I do for them!

Higher pay,paid vacation, paid holidays and a thank you every now and then.

I wish I had a retirement benefits
