The management is not up to PAR. they are not taking our statement/situations serious. Were trying to reach out to someone Higher up to help us than our current manager.

That’s the only bad thing about my job as an entry level employee paid hourly you get no benefits beside a 1 week paid vacation after 1 year of employment.

Because I moved to Arizona, to take care of my Aunt, and realized the work I been doing for 25 years, making 35.00$ hr. Getting 13.00hr. I put pride in my work. And told by people how much they appreciate what I do for them!

Higher pay,paid vacation, paid holidays and a thank you every now and then.
