More pay and less hours
Being paid a fair wage for my experience and long evity towards what my occupation is
Because I moved to Arizona, to take care of my Aunt, and realized the work I been doing for 25 years, making 35.00$ hr. Getting 13.00hr. I put pride in my work. And told by people how much they appreciate what I do for them!
Higher pay,paid vacation, paid holidays and a thank you every now and then.

They need to do their job they were hired to do! Find new people to work!

Co workers do not do their job they were hired to do! Get people who will do their jobs!
The Division Manager and Area Manager needs to be more involved with their employees.

I feel that every company can improve in all areas at any time with hard work, dedication, & team work.
