Because I moved to Arizona, to take care of my Aunt, and realized the work I been doing for 25 years, making 35.00$ hr. Getting 13.00hr. I put pride in my work. And told by people how much they appreciate what I do for them!
Higher pay,paid vacation, paid holidays and a thank you every now and then.
