What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their support and recognition for individual and team achievements. I also have to say, our CEO is awesome! He's very transparent, approachable, and super kind.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick and didn't involve a lot of rounds.
That it did not follow the typical interview process. I was introduced to everyone and a smaller subset of people, directly involved in my role, spoke with me about my background and how I could help benefit them.
What makes you most happy at work?
Creativity and special projects. Along, with the relationships I've established here.
Having a reliable team, available to lean on, and ready to roll up their sleeves to help out.
