Anne E. Bomar — Senior Vice President of Pipeline Services and Optimization - Dominion Energy at Dominion

Ms. Anne E. Bomar has been Senior Vice President of Pipeline Services and Optimization - Dominion Energy at Dominion Resources, Inc since November 2014. Ms. Bomar served as Senior Vice President of Strategy at Dominion Resources, Inc from April 2013 to November 2014. Ms. Bomar served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of The East Ohio Gas Company since December 2009. She served as its Senior Vice President and General Manager of Dominion East Ohio Dominion Resources, Inc. She directs all aspects of Dominion's Ohio natural gas distribution company, including production, gathering, storage, distribution and transmission assets. She has more than 24 years of experience in the natural gas industry to her new role. She joined Consolidated Natural Gas Company (CNG) in 1985 and has held positions in corporate planning, gas procurement, rates and legal. Ms. Bomar has been a Director of American Red Cross, Greater Cleveland Chapter since October 27, 2009. She is a Member of the Energy Bar Association and the Virginia State Bar. She served on the Board of Directors of the North American Energy Standards Board. Ms. Bomar earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Cornell University and a Law degree from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary, where she was awarded membership in the Order of the Coif.
