Fred G. Wood III — Senior Vice President of Financial Management for Energy Infrastructure Group at Dominion

Mr. Fred G. Wood, III, has been Senior Vice President of Financial Management for Energy Infrastructure Group at Dominion Resources, Inc. since January 1, 2013. Mr. Wood served as Senior Vice President of Financial Management for Generation at Dominion Resources from September 1, 2012 to January 1, 2014. Mr. Wood served as the Senior Vice President of Financial Management for Dominion Generation Richmond of Dominion Resources Inc. since January 1, 2005. He serves as Director of Blue Racer Midstream, LLC. He joined Dominion Resources Inc. in 1985. He held numerous financial management positions, including assistant vice president and assistant treasurer of Dominion Resources, Inc from 1996 to 1998. He also was in charge of investor relations at Dominion Resources, Inc from 1997 to 1998. He served as vice president, treasurer and chief financial officer of Dominion Energy from 1998 to 2000 and as senior vice president of Financial Management at Dominion Exploration & Production from 2000 to 2004. He was senior vice president-Financial Management at Dominion Generation since January 2004. He serves on the board of directors of the School of the Performing Arts in the Richmond Community, or SPARC. He previously served on the Business Partner's board of the College of William & Mary's Mason School of Business. Mr. Wood received his undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary and a master's degree in economics from Virginia Commonwealth University and MBA from George Washington University.
