Ms. Mary C. Doswell has been Senior Vice President of Dominion Energy Solutions at Dominion Resources, Inc. since May 2015. Ms. Doswell served as Senior Vice President of Retail and Alternative Energy Solutions at Dominion Resources, Inc. from January 1, 2014 to May 2015. Ms. Doswell served as Senior Vice President of Alternative Energy Solutions for Dominion Resources and Virginia Electric and Power Company since April 1, 2009. Ms. Doswell served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Dominion Resources Services Inc. from January 2004 to September 2007. She served as Senior Vice President of Regulation & Integrated Planning at Dominion Resources, Inc. from October 2007 to April 1, 2009. She served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Dominion Resources Inc. from January 2003 to September 2007. She served at Dominion Resources Inc. as Vice President of Billing & Credit from October 2001 to December 2002, as Vice President of Metering from January 2000 to October 2001 and as General Manager of Metering from February 1999 to January 2000. She served as Project Manager of Virginia Electric and Power Company from December 1997 to February 1999. Prior thereto, Ms. Doswell served various management positions with Dominion Virginia Power for 19 years. She is a Member of the Governors Advisory Board on Revenue Estimates. She serves as a Director of Power Tagging Technologies, Inc. Ms. Dowell serves on the board of directors of VCU Rice Center for Environmental Studies. She served as the Director of Performance Food Group Company, LLC. Ms. Doswell received her undergraduate degree from Mount Holyoke College and a Master's Degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is also a graduate of the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business Executive Development Program.
