Everyone gets along for the most part and has a lot of the same daily goals.

It was very personal. They like to see what type of a person you are and how you fit the crew.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the regional management a lot and theyre full of knowledge. They also want to help the employees and go out of their way to learn about them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In our Industry of Power Delivery, or CEO is the highest paid in the nation. Then on the other hand, the hourly workers pay rate is mid range at best for our industry. Just seems missplaced. If we have the highest paid CEO then the people actually doing the work should be above average at the least.
