In our Industry of Power Delivery, or CEO is the highest paid in the nation. Then on the other hand, the hourly workers pay rate is mid range at best for our industry. Just seems missplaced. If we have the highest paid CEO then the people actually doing the work should be above average at the least.

Quit talking about putting women in leadership roles and actually do it. Promote people openly and with more fairness
