Mr. Scot C. Hathaway has been Senior Vice President of Operations, Engineering and Construction at Dominion Resources, Inc. since November 2014. Mr. Hathaway joined Dominion in 2000 and previously served as vice president???Business Development and then as its vice president???Electric Transmission. Prior to joining Dominion, Mr. Hathaway was vice president???Development for FPL Energy Inc. He also has worked at Schlumberger Wireline Services and the Gas Research Institute. Mr. Hathaway has served as a member of the board of directors of the North American Transmission FORUM, has participated on the National Infrastructure Advisory Council advising the president on the nation's infrastructure protection, served as a member of NERC's Reliability Issues Steering Committee (RISC) and actively supports the City of Richmond's Court Appointed Special Advocates program for underprivileged youth. Mr. Hathaway holds a Bachelor's degree in Geophysics at Virginia Tech, in 1982 and a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Northwestern University in 1986.
