I wore multiple hats . Successfully lead compliance and maintenance operations so the manufacturing plant can produce . Wasnt paid fairly for the tasks i carried out daily .

Minimize gossiping . Seperate outside realationships . Loyalty and transparency to one another . Professionalism .
