David Hudson — Senior Vice President of Leasing & Development for Houston at Duke Realty Corporation

David Hudson serves as Senior Vice President of Leasing & Development for Houston at Duke Realty Corp. Mr. Hudson is responsible for new development, leasing, acquisitions and other day-to-day activities related to Duke's expansion into the Houston market. He works closely with the Dallas Group to immediately find and secure new business opportunities for it, and to expand Duke's presence in Texas and the growing Southeast Region. He joined Duke in January 2006. Prior to Duke, he worked for Trammell Crow Company, where he was responsible for the overall marketing and leasing of approximately 9 million square feet of office/warehouse space. This role also involved preparing monthly/annual marketing plans and leasing reports. Additionally, he supervised and trained marketing representatives in dealing with investors and owners of industrial properties, including several large institutional and private investors. He has also been actively involved in both build-to-suit and speculative transactions. Mr. Hudson earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX.
