Mr. Mark A. Denien has been the Chief Financial Officer of Duke Realty Corporation since May 17, 2013 and has been its Executive vice President since May 17, 2013. Mr. Denien served as Chief Accounting Officer of Duke Realty Corporation and served as its Senior Vice President since 2006. Mr. Denien joined Duke Realty Corporation in 2005 as Senior Vice President of Administration. Prior to this, he was a Partner at KPMG LLP, where he worked for 16 years. He was responsible for KPMG's real estate practice in Indiana and Ohio as well as for its national real estate training development. Mr. Denien attended Indiana University where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting.
