Mr. Freeland has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Dynegy Inc. since July 5, 2011. He manages the NRG's corporate financial and control functions including Treasury, Accounting, Tax and Insurance programs. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dynegy Holdings, Inc. since July 2011. He joined NRG in 2004 as Director of Finance. He served 10 years in key financial roles within the energy sector for such Houston-based companies as Enron, Coral Energy and ABN AMRO Bank, N.V.
