Mr. Dean M. Ellis has been an Executive Vice President of Regulatory & Government Affairs at Dynegy Inc. since September 29, 2017. He participates on a variety of boards and holds positions of leadership, earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electric Power Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and is a Licensed Professional Engineer.
