Mr. Martin W. Daley has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Dynegy Inc. since October 2016. Mr. Daley serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer at Dynegy Midwest Generation LLC. He served as an Executive Vice President of Plant Operations of Gas of Dynegy Inc. since April 2015 until October 2016. Mr. Daley has been responsible for the management and operation of Dynegy's fleet of gas generating facilities since 2011. Mr. Daley served as Managing Director of Asset Management ' Eastern Region since 2007 and as Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs & Administrative Services. Prior to joining Dynegy in 2001, he held various Operations and Environmental management positions within Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation. Mr. Daley earned his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Marist College.
