Sheree M. Petrone — Executive Vice President of Retail at Dynegy

Ms. Sheree M. Petrone has been an Executive Vice President of Retail at Dynegy Inc. since April 2015. She also serves as Executive Vice President of Retail at Dynegy Midwest Generation LLC. Ms. Petrone is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of Dynegy's retail electric sales business, including business development, customer care and operations. She served as the President of Homefield Energy and Dynegy Energy Services at Dynegy Inc. She joined Dynegy in 2013 as Vice President, Retail. Before that, Petrone held various senior leadership positions within Exelon Corporation's Commercial Integration, Energy Trading & Marketing, Fuels and Retail organizations since 1999. Ms. Petrone also held business development roles with Trigen, a cogeneration project developer majority owned by Suez Lyonnaise des Eaux from 1987 to 1999. She served as Vice President of Exelon Energy Company and was responsible for all areas of Exelon Energy. She has 20 years experience in the electric and gas industry. She previously held high-level positions with Exelon Power Team, PECO Energy Company and Westinghouse. She serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Magee Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation and the Vox Populi Artist Collective both located in Philadelphia, PA. Ms. Petrone received an MBA from Drexel University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry and Art History from the University of Delaware.
