Mr. Michael Haack has been Chief Operating Officer at Eagle Materials Inc. since December 2014 and has been its Executive Vice President since December 2014. Mr. Haack joined Eagle from Halliburton Energy Services, where he enjoyed a 17-year career with successively important operating positions, most recently with the management of Global Operations for Sperry Drilling. He was responsible for regional operations and supply chain management in both North America and Europe. He has over 13 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He serves as a Director of 2Source Manufacturing Inc. Mr. Haack was awarded a Master of Business Administration degree from Rice University and holds a Master of Science degree from Texas A&M University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University, both in Industrial Engineering.
