overworked, underpayed, lied to, hypocritical, favoritism, inconsistency.

What can this brand most improve?

Staff is entirely untrained. The BHCs we were told to go to with pretty much everything we needed throughout the day had zero qualifications and almost no training. Management doesn't care about patients. Absolutely traumatic things happened to me there.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Controlled environment, virtual process was easy

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

My leadership is basically MIA. We lead ourselves.
