Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would feel better about my compensation if we were paid geographically as I live in an expensive state but make the same as others that live in cheaper states. I can barely pay my regular bills with my salary.

Non-consultants are paid under fair market rate. They will ask you to do work beyond your job but will not promote you or pay you for that work
