We need more support from management and the tools to do our job effectively.

Yearly wage increases and acknowledgment of how hard staff is working under poor working conditions.

It was brief and focused and they got back to me in a timely fashion

There is little to no investment in the campuses or providing what students need to succeed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Focus on providing student support through updating campus facilities and equipment. Provide adequate communication to staff. Focus on investment in student services to provide a quality educational product for students.
