Mr. Frank Jalufka has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Education Management Corporation since February 29, 2016. Mr. Jalufka served as Controller of Swell.com Inc. Mr. Jalufka is an experienced executive with nearly two decades working in corporate executive and financial roles. Prior to joining Swell, Mr. Jalufka served as a Senior Director for Finance of Ingram Micro and also served as its Director of Accounting for its marketing business. Most recently, he served as the Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of The Dolan Company, where he was responsible for managing all operational and financial aspects. Prior to Ingram Micro, he served as Controller of a high tech plastics manufacturing company. Mr. Jalufka holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
