If they actually listened to employees and cared about their general well-being. All the execs are miserable and on power trips.

Checks and balances . It’s like they just let anyone work there . No drug test no background check n
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's moot at this point. Terrible product and working environment. Content is cheap and embarrassing.
