Company badly managed by CEO who had no experience in business and Chairman of the Board obsessed with overleveraging company and avoiding taxes.

It's one big cluster. Can't keep people. Money is taken from your paycheck to be put in an HSA account and it's missing. Late on perfect attendance bonuses. Late on the $500 HSA money Electrocraft was going to put in our accounts, which we didn't get to choose a medical insurance policy. Etc, etc
