The DEIB Champions’ objectives will focus on three critical areas: Belonging, Inclusion, and Leadership Development:

- Belonging: Contribute to developing our organization as a safe space, where every team member feels heard, supported, and accepted as their true authentic self, and able to perform to the best of their abilities.

- Inclusion: Promote a diverse range of ideas and opinions through collaboration; maximize the value of team synergies and individual differences focused on underestimated groups.

- Leadership Development: Support efforts that help our organization identify develop future leaders who reflect the diversity of the communities we serve.
