Mr. Thomas N. Keltner, Jr., serves as an Executive Vice President and Secretary of Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. and serves as its General Counsel since 1997. Mr. Keltner has been Real Estate Partner of Garment Capitol Associates since 1998. Mr. Keltner served as a General Counsel of Malkin Holdings LLC, a Supervisor of 60 East 42nd Street Associates LLC since 1997. He joined Malkin Holdings LLC in 1978. He was responsible for leading a legal staff that provides and coordinates legal services in transaction, compliance and litigation matters. He has 35 years of industry experience. Mr. Keltner served as a Partner of Wien & Malkin LLP. Mr. Keltner served as the Chairman of bar association committees on both real estate and business entities.
