Everyone knows that production is key so if someone is struggling with their line people will step in to help

They will work with us to make sure production is met. They are pretty firm like they should be but wont ask anyone to do what they wouldnt do

We all work the same amount of hours so we each know what each other has to do to continue to come to work. There is alot of respect here
