Mr. Richard L. Travis, Jr. has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Ennis Inc. since November 1, 2005 and June 28, 2012 respectively. Prior to joining Peerless Manufacturing Co., Mr. Travis served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Trintel Communications, Inc. from 2000 to 2002, as the President, Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Financial Officer at CT Holdings, Inc. from 1996 to 1999 and as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Texwood Industries, Inc. from 1986 to 1996. He has over 20 years experience as an executive financial officer in the manufacturing, construction, technology and telecommunications industries. His 10 years of public accounting experience included positions as a Senior Audit Manager at Grant Thornton LLP as well as audit experience with Laventhol & Horwath and Ernst & Whinney (Ernst & Young). He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Travis holds B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Florida Atlantic University.
