Executive Bio

Mr. C. Jeffrey Carson, also known as Jeff, has been President of Kansas City Region at Enterprise Financial Services Corp and Enterprise Bank & Trust since January 31, 2018. Mr. Carson is responsible for overseeing clients' commercial banking needs and developing new, mutually beneficial relationships for the bank. His experience spans nearly 25 years, including 20 years in commercial banking in the Kansas City community. Mr. Carson served as a Senior Vice President of Enterprise Bank & Trust, Senior Vice President of Enterprise Bank & Trust and Relationship Manager of Enterprise Bank & Trust at Enterprise Financial Services Corp. until January 2018, where he successfully grew the division in terms of new business generation and talent attraction. He has spent half of his career with UMB Bank and was with Intrust Bank for several years prior to joining Enterprise Bank & Trust in October of 2014. He is a member of the United Way of Greater Kansas City Young Leader's Society and is a Business Council and Steering Committee member for The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art. He served as vice chairman of the Board of Directors for the Children's Therapeutic Learning Center and as a judge for the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce's Small Business Celebration. He has been involved with more than a dozen other local organizations, including YouthFriends, Junior Achievement, The American Heart Association, The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, The Bacchus Foundation, Harvesters, The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception's Pantry, The Downtown Council of Kansas City and Ban Johnson Baseball. He is a 40 Under Forty honoree in Ingram's Business Magazine, a graduate of the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, Centurions Leadership Program and has authored a variety of articles for business and banking related publications. In 2015, he was named one of the Kansas City Business Journal's NextGen Leaders. This award is given to individuals who are in key leadership roles at their companies and in the community. He attended Kansas State University where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and a minor degree in Economics.
