For over 25 years, he has worked in virtually every area in banking, including Mortgage Processing, Consumer Lending, Human Resources, Information Technology and Retail/Small Business Banking. He served as Chief Financial Officer of small community bank, he understands the importance of getting to know a client's small business and becoming a partner they can trust. His community bank background is an important part of his history and helps him ensure that stay close to client base and deliver products and services tailored to fit the needs of each client. Mr. Hitt received his Bachelors Degree in Business and Economics from The University of Texas at San Antonio and his MBA from The University of Nebraska at Omaha.
