Mr. Jensen served as the Managing Director of The PrivateBank - Chicago, a subsidiary of PrivatebanCorp. Inc. which he joined in November 1999. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of The PrivateBank (St. Louis), a subsidiary of The Privatebank & Trust Company. Since May 1998, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Missouri Holdings, Inc. From March to May 1998, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Royal Banks of Missouri. For 18 years, he served in various Executive positions with Nations Bank and its predecessor, Boatmen's Bank, in St. Louis. He served as the Chairman of Missouri Holdings, Inc. since May 1998 and The PrivateBank (St. Louis), a subsidiary of The Privatebank & Trust Company since June 2000. He served as a Director of The PrivateBank - St. Louis.
