until recently it was great. Lately they have become less employee friendly. they have taken away benefits, taken away sick time. It just isnt the same company i started with.

They are all hard workers and very easy to get along with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is no secret here that we are sorely underpaid compared to other local companies for similar type work.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
For current employees the fact that we have to dress up like we are new employees and have to go through the whole process is time consuming and silly.
