Patrick is responsible for all finance-related functions for EDB worldwide. He brings over 25 years of experience with building global high-growth businesses while playing financial, strategic, and operational roles. Most recently, he was CFO of Everbridge, a publicly-traded SaaS business. During his time at Everbridge, the company IPO'd, created the fast-growing global Critical Event Management category while achieving profitable growth, and exited successfully to Thoma Bravo. He has also worked at Google, ITA Software, and PwC.
Patrick holds a BS in Accounting from Lehigh University, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
