John G. Phoenix — Managing Director of Independent Advisor Network Sales at Envestnet

Mr. John G. Phoenix serves as Managing Director of Independent Advisor Network Sales at Envestnet, Inc. Mr. Phoenix served as Managing Director of RIA Channel at Envestnet, Inc. Mr. Phoenix is responsible for all client retention and distribution activity for the RIA marketplace. He manages a team of 12 Regional Directors and Implementation Specialists who consult with advisors on how best to utilize the Envestnet Advisor Suite Platform. He served as Chief Executive Officer and President of Metamorphosis Money Management (M3). Prior to M3, he worked for six years as a Managing Director for Alexander Capital Management Group, LLC, where he served as Head of marketing. Prior to joining Alexander Capital, he served as Senior Vice President and Regional Marketing Director in Miami at Putnam Investments for seven years. He served as a Regional Director for Kemper Financial Services in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Phoenix earned his undergraduate degree in History from Washington and Lee University and holds a Series 65 investment advisor registration.
