Mr. Mayer is responsible for all activities related to the operations of technology platform as well as for Envestnet's Human Resources, Facilities Management and the Project Management, Implementation and Conversion teams. Mr. Mayer served as an Executive Vice President and Director of Operations at Envestnet, Inc. from January 2011 to April 1, 2014. From 2004 to January 2011, Mr. Mayer served as Senior Vice President and Head of Operations at Envestnet, Inc. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. Mayer served as the Director of Operations at Oberon Financial Technology, which was acquired by Envestnet, Inc. in 2004. He holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from Georgetown University.
