Executive Bio

Mr. Mike Apker serves as an Executive Vice President of Enterprise Reporting & Data Aggregation Services at Envestnet, Inc. and served as its Managing Director. Mr. Apker served as an Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Advisor Suite at EnvestNet Asset Management, Inc. He is responsible for guiding the firm's strategic initiatives, including supporting our merger and acquisition activity, developing our strategic partnerships, overseeing intellectual property/software licensing arrangements and investigating and developing new lines of Envestnet. Prior to joining Envestnet, Mr. Apker founded Oberon Financial Technology in 1999. In the late 1990's, he identified a market opportunity to dramatically streamline the delivery of unified managed accounts. Prior to founding Oberon, Mr. Apker worked for Hewlett-Packard Company and Silicon Graphics, Inc. in corporate management roles. He holds an NASD Series 65 designation. Mr. Apker holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado.
