Mr. Scott David Grinis has been Chief Technology Officer of Envestnet, Inc. since 2004. Mr. Grinis serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Envestnet Asset Management, Inc. since 2004. Mr. Grinis Co-Founded Oberon Financial Technology, Inc and served as its Chief Technology Officer. He served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Portfolio Management Consultants, Inc. Mr. Grinis founded Oberon Financial Technology in 2000 and serves as its Vice President of Engineering, creating its integrated model-based trade order management, performance reporting and portfolio accounting system. In 1984, he founded Aion, which was acquired by Platinum Technology in 1999. At Platinum, Mr. Grinis acted as Chief Architect and Head of Engineering, managing a staff of more than 20 software development engineers. He has more than 20 years of experience in technology positions and developing special expertise in building mission-critical enterprise systems. He holds a B.Sc. and an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
