Stuart DePina — Group President of Envestnet | Tamarac at Envestnet

Mr. Stuart W. DePina has been Group President of Envestnet | Tamarac at Envestnet, Inc. since May 2012. Mr. DePina has been the President of Tamarac, Inc. since October 12, 2015. As Group President Envestnet | Tamarac, Mr. DePina manages the long-term growth strategy of Tamarac. His balanced leadership is rooted in deep financial experience and the belief that a solid organization is built on customer focus, commitment and thoughtful business practices. His professional history is distinguished by leadership roles in guiding firms through various stages of development including initial public offerings and acquisitions. He serves as the Chairman of the Board at Tamarac Inc., and served as its Chief Executive Officer since April 2007. He served as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Who's Calling Inc., until 2006. He served as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of xSides Corporation until 2004. Mr. DePina served as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Vice President of Finance at Ticketmaster Group Inc., since November 1995. He managed two successful IPO's, over 25 acquisitions and 5 sales of businesses. From August 1984 to November 1995, he was employed by the public accounting firm of KPMG Peat Marwick, LLP serving in various capacities including its Partner. He was a Partner in the Big 4 firm of KPMG LLP, where he provided consulting and assurance services to a number of clients in the firms' financial services practice. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Quu Inc. He serves as a Director of Tamarac Inc. and CitySearch. He served as a Director of Ticketmaster Group since November 1995. He served as a Director of Fresenius Kabi Pharmaceuticals Holding, Inc., (alternate name: APP Pharmaceuticals Inc.) since December 2007. Mr. DePina holds a B.A. and B.S. in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.
