Colleagues, outside of leadership are decent and well rounded people
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Ineffective leadership that many of us don't trust. No understanding of reality. Poor discipline around investment performance for many of our strategies and poor behavior accepted by leadership and known and viewed by everyone. Soo many examples of poor decision making.
