What is the best part about your compensation package?

It is well explanation and they give you details about it and if you need help you can feel free to ask any question

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I make less then $10.50 hourly and I work extremely hard making this company millions of dollars by hand. We take drug tests and show that we do a great job, but we get undervalued for a job well done more so that are turnover rate is ridiculously high. They should appreciate their workers!
