Stop looking at us like just another head that can be tossed out. Tell us good job and increase our pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make less then $10.50 hourly and I work extremely hard making this company millions of dollars by hand. We take drug tests and show that we do a great job, but we get undervalued for a job well done more so that are turnover rate is ridiculously high. They should appreciate their workers!
