Pretty good; ESET's European executives have a degree of compassion as well as a humility I have not seen in their American counterparts. They set goals which are often aggressive, but not in the realm of fiction, either. It's an engineer-driven company, and it show, both in good and bad ways.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to work on interesting projects, and learn new technologies.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I get to work with very senior industry people who are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. We are managed by someone who values that and works with us to get things done, rather than at cross-purposes, like some managers at other companies do.
