Mr. Allan A. Muto has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Essa Bancorp., Inc. and its subsidiary ESSA Bank & Trust since January 2006. Mr. Muto served as an Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer of Essa Bancorp., Inc. beginning in 2001. He served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Pioneer American Bank, National Association, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pioneer American Holding Co Corp. since 1999. Prior to joining Pioneer American Bank, National Association, Mr. Muto was employed as Director of Business Planning of Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Franklin First Savings Bank.
