Mr. Corey Whitely has been the Chief Financial Officer of Ethan Allen Interiors Inc., since July 23, 2014 and serves its Executive Vice President of Administration and Treasurer since July 2007. Mr. Whitely serves as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Administration and Treasurer at Ethan Allen Global, Inc. He served as an Executive Vice President of Operations of Ethan Allen Global, Inc. He served as an Executive Vice President of Operations at Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. since October 5, 2007 until July 2014. He served as Vice President of Operations of Ethan Allen Interiors Inc., since September 2003. He served as an Executive Vice President of Ethan Allen Operations, Inc., a subsidiary of Ethan Allen Interiors Inc., since 2005. He is responsible for overseeing Ethan Allen Interiors Inc.'s manufacturing, logistics processes and information systems. He joined Ethan Allen in 1988 in the Retail Division and has held positions of increasing responsibilities including the areas of Information Technology, Logistics and Manufacturing. Mr. Whitely serves on the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Retail Merchants Association and is a Member of the National Retail Federation's CIO Council.
