What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Asking fair question to employee
1st it will be better if we'll provided written exam and interview is 2nd phase to join ET. Otherwise it will be better if we'll provided interview questions by changing and modifying regularly because it is very repetitive. One can tell last time interview to newly recruited candidate
