Craig A. Hallstrom — Regional Electric Operations President for Connecticut and Massachusetts at Eversource Energy

Mr. Craig A. Hallstrom has been Regional Electric Operations President for Connecticut and Massachusetts at Eversource Energy since June 23, 2016. Mr. Hallstrom served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Western Massachusetts Electric Company. He has a well-established reputation for delivering operational excellence with a focus on emergency response and employee safety during his 27-year career with Eversource Energy. He served as the President of Electric Operations for eastern and western Massachusetts. He served as the President of NSTAR Electric Company since January 16, 2013 and served as its Chief Operating Officer and Director. He served as Vice President of Electric Field Operations at NSTAR LLC. He oversees the planning, operations and control of the electric distribution system. He is be responsible for the construction, operation and maintenance of NSTAR's infrastructure, as well as the safe and reliable delivery of electricity to its 1.1 million customers. He helped establish the direction for NSTAR's infrastructure investment strategy and operating philosophy, with a focus on teamwork and safe operating procedures, to exceed customer expectations. Mr. Hallstrom served as an Incident Commander for NSTAR Electric Company during storm and other emergency events. He serves as a Director of Western Massachusetts Electric Company. Mr. Hallstrom holds an MBA from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Merrimack College.
